It was my first time taking Pilates and I was in Ladye Viv tallerine class. I had a really great time. She was patient with me to teach me all the moves and correct my posture. I definitely will be returning again


I have taken a few instructors at this location and each one has been incredible! They bring the best energy and very focused on alignment and making sure everyone feels challanged, comfortable and strong. It has become my favorite and best workout in the city. Each instructor is so knowledge and makes the workout accessible for all levels. You leave in the best headspace! Highly recommend!

Do I need experience?
No. Instructors coach options for every level and cue form throughout class. Arrive a little early your first time.
What should I wear/bring?
Fitted workout gear; grip socks required for Sculpt (available at the studio). Bring water — there’s a refill station and bottled water for sale.
How hard is it?
Challenging but adjustable — spring loads and range can be scaled up or down, with coaching to match.
Age policy?
18+ (or 13+ with an adult).
Pregnancy/post‑partum?
Talk to your doctor; provide a note if you’re cleared so instructors can tailor modifications.
Cancellations/no‑shows?
Studios enforce a 12‑hour window; typical fees: $15 late cancel, $20 no‑show (see your studio’s policy).
